Have an ambition (or a goal) and work on it every single day.
Set a deadline. Then remind yourself every morning.
That will keep you moving. That will keep your mind trying to figure out solutions.
Most importantly, that will keep you iterating when things don’t work out.
Action kills laziness.
But what about fear?
If you don’t want to live in fear, acknowledge your fears.
Those fears, however, are only in your mind — they’re not real. But they’re always there. They’re part of being a human.
To kill fear, take the first obvious easy step towards reaching your ambition. Then the second step. Keep going.
When you’re moving forward, fear loses its power.
(If you feel stuck, remember just take the obvious easy step. Should be very easy and quick so you feel good about doing it again. The goal is to build momentum.)
One proven tip to kill laziness is to imagine 2 future worlds.
The first world is the one where you’ve reached your ambition. The second world is the one you didn’t.
Nothing’s wrong with both worlds.
But which one would you prefer to live in?
