Whenever someone posts their accomplishments on social media, you can’t help but admire (or envy) what they did. But that doesn’t mean you must experience the same thing.
Accomplishments are subjective.
Maybe good for them. Not for you.
What they accomplished is probably what they’re most passionate about. Or it could be what they’ve been working on for years. And yours is probably different.
If their accomplishments inspire you, that’s great. If not, what’s the point of stalking?
The best thing you can do instead is not know what others are doing.
Stop watching their lives on social media. Your priority is to focus on your life — self-improvement, self-education, skill acquisition, wealth creation, passions, dreams, and goals.
Not knowing means there’s nothing to compare with.
And when you’re not comparing, you are at peace.
